I’ve worked in Pharma and devices, HR play their little games and don’t understands relationships are still what matters most, they talk about the Credo for customers and employees but they actions show they don’t care about either, their own power and testing out HR theory from some liberal college is all that matters. How is it HR doesn’t have an annual reorg? Why can’t we fund sales heads but can have diversity heads?
