Don’t sell any pharmaceutical product illegally. If individuals want to promote Subsys legally and compliantly why is that an issue?
Fair question. Easy answer. Because the legitimate market for Subsys and all TIRF regulated fentanyl was always very small and is shrinking every day. No one is making a living selling these drugs in compliance with their narrow FDA approved indications. Pain management, particularly for terminal patients is moving away from all opioids. The future is not in the poppy field.
Advising someone to stay the hell away from selling fentanyl does not equate being heartless for people with pain. The problem with people that sell Fentanyl is that they all seem to think they are required. You are not. Whatever positive the drug provides is negated by sales people that encourage its use. Stay the hell away and let the professionals make this. We don’t need you involved and screwing things up. MSLs? Maybe...Sales people? Never.
I can't even get my legal prescription filled!!! Yes (tirf rems access) for cancer pain on a scale of 100 every time I eat move or go to the bathroom. So what would any other medication do for me? NOTHING, I have been on several. Subsys has given me my life back. I can get out of bed every day and be a mom and a wife. THANK GOD FOR SUBSYS. And the jerks at insys therapeutics that broke the law deserve to go to JAIL.
