Was contacted by a recruiter for an open position and would like some honest feedback. Was told base of 95-100k with bonus of 30-50k/yr. Is this accurate. Honest feedback would be appreciated. This seems a bit on the low side I believe.

ask about the fking ridiculous high targets, incompetent managers, the juvenile politics and bullsbit all calls, and how the dirty company is a shit hole in reputation. Ask for a copy of Netflix episode of Dirty Money. Ask why the turnover has been incredibly high for years. Basically run and find another job unless you suck . then you will fit in

If you already have a job paying more and you hate it there, suck it up and don't leave. If you already have a job paying less, duh! If you don't have a job, duh, beggars can't be choosy.

If you're asking for honest answer of CP, you're an idiot.

The reasonable thing to do is calm down and watch Dirty Money. Then you have to make a decision about your morals and sense of self-worth. Don’t be the joe hoe of the trailer park you know what I am saying?????

Not worth it in my opinion. If you have a good job stay where you are. Base high but lots of admin and migrominage like pharma, bonus not that great. Lots of shit on side. No job perfect but this one I wouldn't recommend.Good luck

This is not accurate, base is 80k with maybe 15-20k if you hit ridiculous target and $500/month car allowance

A bit low? You are a useless sales rep with a bachelor degree in communication from a 4th rate college. You are lazy and stupid. Take it while you can get it, bozo

Management knew from day 1 that the targets were doubled. Nobody got their target. Nobody. Who knows. Maybe it was on purpose to save money. A bunch of reps quit after that. But its cheaper to have reps quit than pay out the comps.

I would work here for 15 million up front with a 1 million dollar per year salary with stock options based on my performance. What will I do? First, I will fire Joe Papa. He is an expensive burden to prosperity for shareholders. Second, I will clean house. I am going to sell the junk this company is pushing at a fair price. Third, I will bring on key opinion leaders as consultants and board members. Fourth, no more non-GAAP reporting practices. I will only report earnings based on GAAP. Fifth, I will be hyper-focused on licensing deals involving biologics and gene therapies. Sixth, I will bring a sense of pride to employees, customers, and patients. Seventh, fair pricing will become the standard. Eighth, bye bye private jet (if it isn't gone already). You can learn a lot from a conversation on a commercial flight.

Attracting and retaining talented people who have possess an imaginative spirit is key.

I forgot one, ninth, I will bring the world headquarters back to the greatest country in the world, the United States of America. This company can pay taxes like everyone else.

You know who this is. The guy that hasn't put your Vice President, Assistant General Counsel on notice.

    Make B+L great again!

B+L will stand for Bettering Lives. Our pride will be derived from helping people. It's really that simple.

I want to focus on bettering the lives of people with debilitating diseases. As a company, you are either innovating or you are flatlining. I want everyone at B+L regularly engaging in conversation with healthcare professionals and patients. Patients provide you with a wealth of valuable information if you take the time to speak with them.

From time to time I will read the investor presentations published by various healthcare companies for any given quarter. These presentations all seem to lack the opinions about the company and the company's products and services from healthcare professionals and patients. Growth is dependent on these people so what are they saying about this company and their products? Don't sugar coat it. I want the good and the bad. You can find opportunities in both.

    Bettering Lives.

Often overlooked or simply forgotten about are the caregivers. The unsung heros. Often times the caregiver is a family member of the patient. Through bettering the life of a patient you are also making the caregiver's world a better place.

Is B+L already doing these things? Am I a hypocrite? Are the two words "good job" the most destructive two words when used together in the English language or are they a catalyst for further greatness? How important is a company's stock price? Who is more important to any particular healthcare company, the shareholders or the patients? What is your purpose in this world? How do you define happiness? Is the human race advancing to prosperity or destruction? Is your destiny predetermined? When a cell in your body dies does it go to heaven or hell?

These were some of the questions I thought about this week.

    Best wishes,
    M.A.
