Not one person interviewed? Heard she was sleeping with the old manager. That probably had something to do with it
Not sure what Florida position you are referring to as south Florida had numerous candidates. Just because they didn’t interview other internal candidates doesn’t mean they didn’t have candidates. Get your facts straight before spreading dirt
I heard the AD interviewed for the manager role, but lost the job to his current role, which consists of relaying information from his AD meetings and what the VP tells him to do.
Not sure what that all means, but for some reason it makes sense. The AD in Florida has gone full r*****.
Spoke to AD out of Chicago regarding the Florida position. It quickly became apparent that my sales, sales management, and leadership experience disqualified me for the position. I was too successful, too experienced, and too competent a leader. My line of questioning about ZOLL’s strategy to address the VEST study findings was not well received. The strategy, focus on the meeting of secondary endpoints. That’s it? I feel fortunate that things worked out for the best for all parties.
