Futuras spiff goes away. I feel futuras future is more secure than Integras. Not saying either are in jeopardy, but integra is the tower that has the least accountability for their bag. They could literally stay home knowing that the other towers are selling every indication in their bag. No other tower can say that.
Humphhh... INTEGRA are the workhorses... we have the most accountability because our IC depends on others so we have to sell all indications as P1... how about the fact that we sell IBSD just as much as Willow and they are bonused more and higher in the stack rank when ibsd is good...likewise we are the ones reprimanded unlike our Willow counterparts for the territory not performing.... rethink your comments... if your integra Rep sits at home it’s because they are a sorry rep NOT because it’s a free ride.
It's a free ride for most. You may be one of the few that actually work and support your counterparts, however I noticed you didn't even mention the HE indication. Aren't you comp'd on 50% HE in the molecule bucket? Just what I thought. You're not alone though.
You are correct about HE. That is why I stated IC based on “all indications “ - meaning HE. Let’s trade partners and put the sorry Integra with the sorry Willow. Sounds like you and I could make some money if we were on the same team
