A convo to probably filter to DSS tomorrow.

CFO to CEO “What happens in investing and developing our people and the leave us?”

CEO to CFO “What happens if we don’t and they stay?”

Bottom line: Train employees well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to.

That’s a Richard Branson quote. Don’t ever think that kind of conversation would take place here.

The convos taking place at both Taro and Sun are along the lines of ‘how can we cut costs/headcount’?

Cut head count and keep hiring contractors from India. Even IT is close to nothing now

If you owned your own business, would you not want to cut costs and gain profit. Some of you behave like children. Grow up. If you think your job is on the line, start looking. Companies owe you no loyalty fools. Be an adult.

No, your life or lack of a life sucked the soul out of you. Don't blame the company you work for, for your lifestyle. That's all you my friend. Get a grip, put on your grown up hat and work for your salary or find a company which will fit your lifestyle. Pointing fingers won't help.

Sun planning to buy Taro's remaining ownership very soon. If my guess is right, it will happen before end of Q2. I am seeing the signs every where. We will get Taro for a cheap price, around $95-100.

The poin- More people will go through the misrey ( officially). At least, when Taro is US listed jyou can say someting. Now with no US listening, Sun will be brutal with all it employees.

Life was bad... Now it will be worse.

Grass isn't always greener on the other side. If it were, you wouldn't have the desire to keep looking back.

    Taro has bosses, not leaders.
It has a culture of "What are you going to do for me to help me look good in front of my boss?"
There is no employee development, no guidance, and no training.
Get the job done on your own, or we will put you on probation.
And you had better kiss your boss' a55 while you do it because not doing that will get you written up.
