Well folks, it's been real and it's been fun, but it ain't been real fun. What a disastrous decision to lay off 91 people and reorganize hundreds more less than a week after Invokana's new indication. I've seen some dumb things in my career, but this might actually be the the grand champion of dumb things. I hope all of you fellow CSO's make out ok. Good luck.

91? isnt that the whole team? I got laid off in the reshuffle last year and syneos actually found me a new gig two weeks later. so hang in there man.
Just imagine if you were one of the long term care reps in July......they were only given 3 weeks......and to top it off they established a new Long term care team of 10 and they are in management positions? This is disastrous. The decision maker here is not on point!
my husband works for jnj devices and he said he heard the whole contract was terminated. might be wrong though. I interviewed with syneos last year for a job and my husband told me not to take it because it was a dying contract.
Exactly. LTC 3 weeks and PCP gets 8. I was surprised we got the 8. Thought end of October at best. A few of the LTC reps just started back on PCP and already got canned.

It is now 4 months since the notice to the end of the contract with Janssen. Not a word from Syneos what so ever! So if you hear management tell you that they will find something for you when the contract ends.......not going to happen! Totally false.
Why the hell does Syneos have a bunch of Janssen CVM PC positions posted? Is this true? Will Syneos let us know that they won’t be interviewing candidates?
Same line of BS we got on the Amgen project. Nothing in the works, don’t let the door hit you on the ass on your way out.
