Do you realize the 56-156 million has nothing to do with the USA case that just settled on August 15, 2019?

So let’s see...

60% of 54 million to the lawyers = $ 32 mill to the scum sucking attorneys

$ 22 million to the 2 clowns that threw their friends and colleagues under the bus.

My bet is since this was all based on high morality and integrity, they will send their colleagues and friends a gift of forgiveness? I imagine all of them can expect $100k check for the emotional distress? Probably not, but I bet they can send them some really good donuts from the fat boy’s donut factory?

 

Your numbers are incorrect. $54 million. The government takes 70-75%. This leave the Relators and attorneys to split 25-30%. Lets use 25%.

$13.5 million to split. Relators get 60% or $8.1 million. 2 realtors - each gets around $4 million.

The awards are taxed and different in each state. Let's use 50% tax - maybe a little high.

Each guy walks away with $2 million. Even if we change the numbers its not over $3 million each

They sued on behalf of the government—— and Teva settled. For taking the risk and doing the work, they get their due reward. Look up the law—- it started during the Civil War under Abraham Lincoln— unethical people were selling knowingly sick horses, for instance, to the government. Or bags of sand that were supposed to be full of sugar... It’s a very good law. teva made a fortune off Copaxone and are getting off cheap. We all know those speakers were paid well and what— for $2800 did a gig at their buddies office. If the speaker only weote one more script of copaxone— it was worth the $2800... many times over.
