Does anyone out there have any faith in the so called "leadership" in this division?
    anyone? anyone?

    > We are coming out with new hospital resources next quarter. actually we are not coming out with new hospital resources. actually we are going to repurpose old resources.
    > Pick you targeting SLE's.
    > Complete your mbo's SLE's
    > Wait never mind - we just changed the comp plan 3 weeks into the quarter- those targets don't count
    > Wait never mind - those mbo's you completed- forget it we are moving to one mbo. Afterall, its only three weeks into the quarter. hold your breath and those goals will be coming your way soon enough.
    > We aren't going to pay you but you are going to do the right thing for the company right?

EXCOM needs to give papers to most of the leadership team. Who should go first?

That’s easy! KW in Immunology “Ecosystems”. Talks in circles, brings no value or results, and is a walking HR nightmare!

East coast is a toxic environment, management team is totally demoralized (those that are left). Person in charge does not have an understanding of the business or the customers, or how to manage a team and is unbearably incompetent. PL's are expected to babysit na's all day long on every lunch and appointment. going to dirt means their is no control over one's own territory. the majority of the SLE team are now looking for new jobs. I can't understand why goals are not being met. this must be agility

nPVU leadership is a joke. No accountability, continue to botch BRV, and could care less about the vast amount of employees. They just look for the next butt kisser to promote to a level beyond their capabilities. I'm betting PIM will be a bit light on attendance.

Nice to see the Top Notch Leadership be 'reassigned' to other roles where they can't impact current sales, while at the same time letting actual talent leave for other companies. Grow and Retain talent they say...

What is Brad Chapman like as a leader?

He is extremely difficult to work with and belittling. He is dominating but pretends to be open minded. Also gives poor directions, so you will never ever meet his expectations.

    Good luck..

Hey leave poor brad alone. He is UCB survivor. They guy hasn’t really delivered much and stays below the radar. He knows he isn’t very bright and is doing the best he can.

Poor brad. He talks a good game and appears clueless as to how people around him view him
