I see they've had a few rep positions opening up. any word on what it's like to work there, pay, culture?
I joined hoping that the culture would be better than other places I have worked. In some ways it is. My team is great and I hear the same about most regions. BUT the management is a complete S**t show. No leadership. VP cancels field rides at the last minute apparently constantly, has no camaraderie with us. the national meeting was a waste of time but hey, I got almost two free days in Chicago. I am looking for something else and I'm not the only one.
yes there is a Company car company is bringing new hires in at $65K annual bonus is sketchy - not really based on sales.. looks like this is being done to squeeze out the tenured reps who are paid a much higer salary high turnover in the past year or two - something to look out for
Very high turnover. VP of sales has screwed this division up. Pays bonus by stack ranking. Holds bonuses for two months. Almost all the reps are looking for something else. Don’t walk, Run from this division.
