MS/Neuro Reps & DMs: Celgene and Novartis will offer you more $$$

Why would Novartis want your reps?

 

My DM informed us yesterday that we would all be placed. Am I missing something?

 

DMs, FRMs, CCs, CSs- this company doesn't care about you. You are not valued. Get over it. Time to move on boys and girls. Genentech RIP.

 

Low to no layoffs in Neuro/MS except for management roles.

Most layoffs will be in Biooncology around 40% on average and some teams in Biooncology will be greater than 60%

 

Unfortunately not true at all....neuro will be heavily displaced and biooncology reps will have a chance to interview for what jobs are left. Ecosystems include everything within those accounts. NeuroMS is an infusion product in those accounts.

 

I just left biooncology to go to Ophthalmology. I am completely confused by the eco- system calls. Will I be impacted in Ophthalmology? No one is giving straight answers.

 

Celgene has jobs posted right now and Novartis will start posting jobs in about 2 weeks. Plenty of opportunities for everyone. Bye bye Genentech. I'm giving up on you.

 

WOW!!!! I applied for Celgene yesterday and they already have me phone interviewing Monday. Now that is my definition of agility in action. Yippee

That is exactly what SLT is hoping for. The more people that leave, the less money out the door in severance payouts. Why do you think we keep hearing everything keeps getting pushed back by 2 weeks! How many more 2 weeks will be announced until they actually pull the trigger.

 

Roche is a public company. They will most likely use Q4 for this expense.

 

Think MJ or KM know how many of us are looking right now? They care clueless. Like promising me that I will get placed is supposed to make me feel special?? I have been here since launch and this has been a perpetual shit show. Sorry Mikey boy but I will go anywhere to make more money rather than sit around on this sinking ship?

 

I would hold off for Novartis. It will be a much better drug and more bonus money too. That is my thinking anyway.
