Arthrex compensation lowest in industry

so what do you think are you worth? Trick question.... the absolute least amount they can pay you, this has only been solidified over the years, nobody wants to pay for you. not the distributor or the rep that’s got to hire to help his greedy owner make his “hiring quota” .

Anybody out there see something false about this statement?

 

It’s that time of year when the new quotas are issued, business plans are due, and the mandatory hiring commences in order to “look good” for corporate.

 

not sure about compensation, however their reps seem to be the least experienced in the industry bar none

 

Tom Zummo is MIA, last seen on a Lax field or drinking a pina colada in his pool. If found please call Gotham surgical and let them know there cash cow is alive and well. Last I heard there was concern about his whereabouts since he seems to be allergic to covering cases or wearing scrubs, or covering late cases, or going to labs, or generally communicating with anyone on his team. But wait you’ll here the typical territory lead answer” I’m out in the field drumming up business and calling on guys” oh yea who? The same 6 guys your brought over from Mitek you bum? I wish you had to hand in a log of your time accounted for. All these territory leads make there reps account for their time. The fish stinks from the head and Gotham needs to be purged of all the incompetent jerk offs who run that place. So if you see Zummo let him know they looking for him. Don’t have to go to far just go to his house I’m sure your find here there...This whole covid thing ain’t gonna fair well for all these fat cats sitting around getting $$$. No sports this fall in Nassau and in Suffolk I bet they don’t make it thru the season before a covid our break. So less sports less injuries means less surgeries which means less money and less money means let’s re-evaluate comp. Oh it’s coming you lazy territory leads that treat your reps like garbage. You guys deserve everything that’s coming your way. I hope you were smart and saved your money? Wouldn’t want to see any of these managers actually have to get out of bed M-F to go work a real job.

Arthrex comp isn’t that bad. Look at the Moon-Man in NYC. Dude is raking monster coin and has tons of little minions doing the dirty work while he pimps hard on his boat. You think he’s worried about some little CafePharma Thread? No way. A huge big baller.

With as little as we get payed, and Joe B’s hyperinflation- I can barely afford a Thanksgiving dinner this year. Thank goodness because of Joe B most shelves are empty, so few Xmas gift options. This last year has proven how bad it can get and opened all our eyes.

 

No matter how bad it gets it is still a bad idea to collude with a doctor and commit healthcare fraud…….Allegedly.

Arthrex is filled with kids desperate for a job and middle aged drones that gave up on finding anything better in a town filled with the pensioner crowd.

I’m thinking that they pay apparently for middle of the road talent ends up there.

 

So heres the deal…. The surgeon isnt the largest customer to arthrex corp, its the Agencies. With owners expected to buy trauma and spine sets now guess whos going to get the squeeze? You got it.. the ones who work their nuts off…. The reps…. Get rid of the awful toxic distributor model and this place could be decent..

For him to not pay market rates shows exactly where his priorities are and where he sees the future. This is a game of greed, and RH is king!

Unless you are one of the select few , nobody's career ends well at Arthrex. You are either fired, or leave to keep your sanity. The toxicity and Agency drama at this company should be more of a concern than gasoline cars.
