Presidential election model that got it wrong once in 40 years predicts Trump 2020 win

 

The model predicts that Trump will win 332 electoral votes in 2020. In 2016 he only won 306 electoral votes. This means that Trump is going to carry all but about 4 states. It's going to be a record breaking landslide for Trump in 2020.

And he will win the popular vote 2 times in a row!

You are right! Trump wins big in 2020. He’s going to serve two full terms, which will drive the regressives mad but they’ve lurched so far to the left that none of them are electable and this is before Trump has a chance to rip them to shreds.

Besides Beta Male O’Rourk has been creating such great campaign commercials for Trump that he’s ablead pipe cinch! A certain percentage of the electorate may not care that much for Trump but they hate the commies of the Dimocrats party!

 

well we are NOT in normal times so normal predictions are useless. Did this model predict Trump winning in 2016? Not saying it’s wrong but not saying it’s right either

 

The article states that the model hasn't been wrong since 1980 - when it got it wrong one time. That means it did predict Trump's victory in 2016 - and I think it almost nailed the number of electoral votes in 2016 as well.

We haven't lived in normal times now for many decades - The democrats are committing political suicide with there nonstop attacks and now baseless attempts to impeach our President as they operate outside the rule of law and in violation of the US Constitution. It's all going to result in a land slide victory of historic proportions for President Trump!

Michelle would arguably be their best candidate. She’d have several advantages over the other candidates but in the end her angry, I hate America persona and the pull of the hard left (of which she is a part) would do her in. Trump wins against any Dem this cycle, probably by a wide margin in the EC.
