Whew that gave me such a needed laugh and now that I have composed myself; let me say that I work at Arbor and have for many years which provides some credibility to my full agreement that things are not perfect at Arbor and its time to admit it! At this point it is not a career its just a job so I complete my objectives, stay quiet and put in my time until I can simply retire. Yes, it used to be enjoyable to come to work and take pride in my accomplishments while being part of a productive, trusting team but I've seen so many good people fired/forced out that I have lost my confidence in Arbor to "do the right thing". Aren't you sick and tired of the barrage of lies, their relentless last minute changes and the micromanaging/intimidation tactics they are enacting on their employees which hurts company morale?

 

It's shocking how many experienced, talented sales reps are no longer with Arbor - what is wrong with this company?

 

Reach & Frequency really? just wait for reps to quit! I know I won't stoop to their level of micromanagement and lie about call activity why? I have ethics and this job is not worth it!

 

So someone understood that mangled message from corporate was all about Reach & Frequency? sorry but if I didn't hear it or if the video wasn't functioning well then I don't have to adhere to it LOL

 

Gee when are the raises coming for putting up with such BS at Arbor

 

it's sad that some of the nicest people and good salesreps are no longer at Arbor (they are better off)

 

Heard Lying Lea is at Arbor so you must have heard her "20 year pharma experience" rant HA HA good luck dealing with her BS; you're gonna need it!

They are easily upset at any real or perceived slights or inattentiveness. They may throw a tantrum if you disagree with their views, or fail to meet their expectations. Narcissists are often quick to judge, criticize, ridicule, and blame you. Some narcissists are emotionally abusive. By making you feel inferior, they boost their fragile ego, and feel better about themselves...this is Lea so at least you know what you are dealing with.

Consider yourself fortunate and maybe she's been fired for being rude, disrespectful, insensitive, self-absorbed etc.

 

What territory is Lea?

 

Don't trust her; especially if she gave you a weird nickname or is too interested in your personal life as if you were friends. Its all fake and she will take credit for your ideas then when you don't kiss her fat ass you will be retaliated against. Watch your back she only cares about herself.
