The labs that seem to be buying are Cordant, ACM, Precision. I don't think though Truetox is being bought.

 

Ok TT is not for sale, debatable, but I will give you that. But besides ACM buying Drugscan in 2018, what labs has any of the 3 you list bought. None!

 

As far as I know now TT isnt for sale but I know there is a lab in nj (I dont know the name) that's is looking to steal their clients. They had gotten wind of TT issue with nj medicaid. There are probably other labs who are also looking to take their clients as well.

 

Definitely is not Acutis. Most likely cordant or rdx

 

Acuits is performing all TT NJ Medicaid work due to TT Fraud invesitigation. next step is selling to TT after NY gets done with them.

 

Where are you getting this information from? TT is still receiving and processing its accounts they just are not getting paid for it. As far as I know, the nj accounts have not dwindled.

 

Would love to get confirmation on this from another person or the same person. TT is still hanging on last I heard?

 

Confirmed by 2 NJ clients of TrueTox. Results say work performed at Acutis Diagnostics.

 

This all sounds like the end for truetox. In my opinion, this causes a problem because If they are finally allowed to bill medicaid and start running their own tests on their clients, if the results come out drastically different it will call into question the quality of their results. The reason I bring this up is because as someone who works here I do not trust the results that come out of this lab. There are times when people dont even run QC because the QC always has problems getting in range and the techs constantly have to re-run the QC until it passes. This happens on a daily occasion. Truetox is holding on by a thread.

Apparently they already are. They have been losing clients since they opened due to avoidable situations. All of this could have been avoided but truetox is very egotistical and everyone in management thinks they know it all when in reality they got their heads up their asses.

 

Anyone have any more updates on TT? Has the medicaid investigation ended yet?

 

I here TT is in big trouble. This is coming from their current clients. Any updates?

 

I hear the same but still only know a few facts:

• Truetox is still under investigation by NJ Comptroller
• Current clients ARE still receiving calls to assist with investigation
• Acutis running all Medicaid tox
• They are looking to purchase an existing lab(s) with investor cash to weather the storm
• Are in damage control mode to save existing clients

Any one of these issues would be bad let alone all of them. Sad for them, great for the industry.
