There will be a lot of hiring going on around here… People are jumping off the ship fast. It’s not even a toxic culture here but folks are leaving right and left. Takeda is hiring!

They are leaving because they are tired of worrying about their job every 2 years. The only ones of us that stay have 10 years of service or more. Golden Handcuffs!

I think there will be a lot of people leaving for Biohaven and elsewhere. Management expects it but I think they'll be surprised by how many. People should look out for themselves. Lord knows, You Matter is all rhetoric. It feels empty and insincere. I haven't seen it in action one bit.

That’s what every company says their culture is… You better be high-performance because another migraine medication entering a very crowded market with no formulary coverage. Ouch.

 

Every company may say it. But Takeda has proven they hire the week and make them lead by fear. I don’t know a single Takeda rep who actually thinks there manager is worth while. They just like the fact they know nothing and stay out of the way until their boss sends out some new dumb report and they are forced to lead. Takeda’s functionality is beyond out dated. They bought shire for the products because they have nothing in the pipe line
