Are there any field people left at Recro? I’m seeing a lot of activity on LinkedIn but can’t decode who still there and who’s been cut back since the CRL?

Total bloodbath all are gone bro...This drug will never see the light of day and if it does it will not be with this company. It will be with a company and leadership that knows what they are doing. These people ruined a lot of lives "playing pharma"

Thanks ‘bro’. You sound like you were one of those let go. I was too. However, my POV is a little different. I signed on with Recro knowing it was High risk, high reward. Unfortunately this didn’t work out. My experiences with everyone were extremely positive, with very few exceptions. Didn’t feel like anyone was “playing Pharma”. Great people. Great leadership. Great experience. Lots of learning for my next adventure. Life goes on. Best of luck to you and all who gave it a run

There's a skeleton crew of commercial people that stayed on there but they aren't really doing anything except collecting paychecks. The meloxicam product is all but dead and if it comes to market won't be through them. It's just a manufacturing company now.

I had the same experience. Would've been a great team. Hope you landed a great opportunity.

Anyone see the news that the FDA granted them an appeal? What is the likelihood it will get approved through appeal process?

Now that their appeal has been accepted and they've formed a new company, (Baudax Bio) it looks like its all prepping for launch again. Has anyone heard anything about timing and path forward? Will they launch it themselves or seek a partner? I see on the website the leadership team is the same from Recro so you have to think they're going to follow the same path they were on before. Anybody know anything?

A few people I know that had either received contingent offers or were down to final 2 candidates got emails this week from Baudax assessing their interest. They didn’t provide a timeline though. No word of when appeal will be heard.

I recd an email and followed up. No specifics but reading between the lines I'm Thinking Late Q1 approval. The full process will not start until approval though.

I have a pretty good gig now, so my worry though is that this was going to be a tough road before the 2 denials. I'm wondering what the label will look like since I don't think there was any additional data, and how much will the price need to be discounted.
