Friends, Acordians, Shareholders, lend me your ears; We know of true leadership when we see the Phoenix rise from the ashes. Truth crushed to the earth will rise again. We see true leadership when politicians pause around the world to listen and watch what happens at Acorda. We know that our leaders stand tall, the crowd gazes in anticipation to hear Acordian wisdom.

The weekend is our chance to pause, to let the wisdom of our leadership inspire and open us to greatness. We are blessed with a vision for the future that will transform Acorda and with it our lives. Sure there have been bumps on the road, set backs or challenges - how we rise above them distinguishes us from the animals.

Haters gonna hate, we hear the buzz of their tiny angry voices. Success creates envy. In the crucible of our test, Acordians know that our mettle is stronger and our determination greater. We shall overcome.

Re-focus, absorb, reflect and bust out of the gates Monday like there is no tomorrow. We control our destiny. This is our time. Our success is guaranteed.

Our Leadership has taken a lot of grief recently on CP. Some warranted and most total BS ! Fact is CEO level leadership in many cases is a thankless job. Take heat from the employees (like on CP) and also from the shareholders if the earnings are even slightly below expectations. Yes we all know that a new launch is a challenging effort and requires ALL to work in a synergistic manner to make it successful. That has not happened very effectively here, and to some extent explains not meeting forecasts.

So back to CEO leadership, one may ponder..'what is a CEO worth, financially?' Well according to the industry reporter, Forbes, the average CEO in the top 500 firms earns 361 times the AVERAGE rank&file employee (2018 data). Well folks we can now make a STRONG CASE that our CEO is underpaid by a significant amount (unless the rank&filers will accept a wage under $10K a year LOL !!! ).

So please lets IMMEDIATELY HALT the BS that our CEO is overpaid !!!!!!!!

Success is not guaranteed... it takes thoughtful strategy, planning, execution and talented people. None of which you have. All you have is bust out of the gates come Monday???? You launched almost a year ago wtf have you been doing. $2.00 Turkey target by thanksgiving .

You sir are an ass... the fact you attempt to compare Acorda to a Fortune 500 company is laughable. This list is reserved for top revenue producing companies. Your revenue is nothing more than a rounding error. Soon to be a delisted penny stock....But the same childish theme is consistent.

NOT TRUE. It is all proportional. CEO pay must be consistent with this formula in order to attract top talent in the C-Suite !

Look Habib, despite your Ron love, the very Pros you love to make up quotes from have highlighted Ron’s compensation as being excessive for a company of ACORs size and performance.

He is not even in the ballpark of a Fortune 500 CEO, nor is ACOR near a Fortune 500 company.

Maybe the board should actually look for some C suite talent to right the ship. Who would want to clean up after this group might be an issue,

Won’t matter soon since you are for sale.

By the S&P standard CEO should be paid about 350M per year !! That's totally unaffordable based on current sales. May also imply that the r&f are overpaid !!!!

    Per tenured MBA Business Prof:

    The logic is flawed.

The mathematical pay model would establish the net profit (NP) as the independent variable, not the CEO salary or salary ratio of CEO to Rank and File. With the independent variable (NP) now established, a more believable expression would equate CEO salary to a percentage of the NP. Rank and File pay could then be 1/361 of the realistic CEO pay, per Forbes, although the 1/361 level is somewhat arbitrary. In reality for a small company (<$100Mil gross) typical CEO does not exceed 10% pay of net profit unless they own company. That equates to a ratio closer to 1/100. Most economists and investors would be comfortable with a salary ratio of CEO being 100x Rank and File for this size company.

A second expression would equate gross sales per employee (includes all management and rank and file). By this model an accepted level would be at the aggregate at least $150,000 sales per employee. Where does ACOR fall here??

Hope this helps. No time for followup.
