Only the top 10 pull above 15k per quarter or higher. Sure, 34k happens but maybe only to 1 or 2 people.

 

And I guarantee if someone did make $35k in a quarter, their goal shot up and they definitely didn’t make that the next quarter

unless you’re unemployed, I’d never take a pharma job with a company that offers car allowance. Instead of a car. It’s a sure sign of a weak organization

 

Most will take what they can get these days. Consider the state of the industry, consider the state of the economy, consider where this is heading. There's a robust supply of unemployed Pharma reps who will be happy to have a job, and there's no shortage of new talent ready to jump into this declining industry (though we try to warn them). They will take what they can get. Most don't have the luxury of having a lot of options.

 

How much do Regional Business Managers make? How many direct reports do they have? I hear a lot about micromanaging but I haven't heard that these people actually do much work.

 

I'm somewhat new, but from what I see so far it seems that legacy RBM’s are cool. New RBM’s that are coming in are a nightmare

I've made 56k in bonuses so far this year (still 1 bonus remaining before eoy). Im in the the top 10%.
