why such high turnover? Company wide not good. Seems like senior reps leave and new ones come in and they don’t make it so they leave. Weird company dynamics
It’s because this is a horrible place to work. Management leads by fear and intimidation. Threats to your job are constant even if you are making your number. Most of the reps in my region are trying to leave. There are a few reps that have offers in hand but are waiting until the end of the quarter to put in their two weeks. People don’t leave $200K plus jobs unless the culture is so toxic that the money doesn’t matter.
Because the culture sucks there. If you have a good Mgr who will shield you from all of the BS, then it's a good job. 99% of mgrs just pass it down to the reps. They have this 80's used car salesman mentality. Total joke of a company.
EXACTLY. I would also add that middle management spends all their time trying to justify their existence. Something bad happens it is the reps fault. Something good happens and the credit is all theirs. The majority of them don’t know much about the products we carry, definitely couldn’t cover a case and can barely have a conversation with a surgeon.
Holy smokes. This is scary accurate. Also completely Tony’s mgmt style. Tony I know your on here everyday. Take note. Also you’re on the chopping block after that strong q3....
EO bag is crap. Management doesn’t care. JB is a loser and just lucked out making quota. Buyout or going distributor is eminent.
Another Manager, and another rep quit in neuro. I’ve never seen a sales organization that values its people less than this one. More resignations are coming once the Q3 bonuses are paid out too.
