No it is not. But just the fact this is even a question shows you do have a superiority complex, What are you afraid of son?

No it isn't. Race doesn't matter. It's skill and experience.

Runs opposite to our leaders saying positions/hiring must be filled with more diverse candidates. Seems pretty obvious.

Of course this matters. They even said at the Townhall that they were disappointed in themselves for the lack of diversity of the leadership team and would work on this for levels below. Most of the leadership team were white males.

You mean the handout to those 3 white men in the room doing the hiring and telling the candidate “we’re looking for a fit”?

How about all the employees working here on foreign visas? How's that gonna unfold when the work force reduction happens. Are we going to lose jobs to them because they are more skilled than us? Serious question.

Good question, and I didn't think of that.

Id assume that's a more complex issue since this company is multinational.

Sorry I don't have an answer for you.

BMS has many of those in R&D. It won't be right for Americans to lose their jobs here in America to them because of layoffs. We can't go back overseas like them. Should bring this up to Vessey or whoever is in charge of such decisions while we still can.
