Interview tomorrow and I'm doing my due diligence. What's good about Eisai and what is bad about it? What kind of salary are we talking, bonus structure, company car, vacation? Ready.....GO!

recruiter is a game player; so salary is hard to figure out.

Just had a phone screen and everything seemed to go pretty well. Sounds like face-to-face interviews won’t be until early January because drug approval is supposed to be on December 27. She gave me a range of three possible dates for away training. They range from starting at the end of January to the end of February. But it will be two weeks in New Jersey. So things will probably move quickly once face-to-face interviews occur. She would not give me a range on salary but did say it would be based on experience

Need more specifics on salary. vague does not make it. I have a family to support. I don't want to waste my time in the process if the salary is low and they are wanting to hire young, inexperienced reps like they usually do...

I asked for $100-$110k salary in the Insomnia interview and they didn't flinch. I have 20 years pharma exp and 10 years in Neuro. They also asked if I would be leaving anything on the table if I left current job. I'll let you know what I get.

You have 20 years in pharma and looking to make a change and you capped yourself at $110k? Ouch.

"But it will be two weeks in New Jersey". Ouch! Two straight weeks of new hire training at home office - so 2002!
