I think most people are smart enough to know that a severance plus new job is the best option. Many people will need time to find a new job. We are just sales reps but we aren't stupid

 

There are folks that can't afford to leave financially. There are folks that are still drinking the blue Koolaid. But most of us see the writing on the wall. This is a Titanic that just hit the ice. The senior leadership is treating us like we are stupid because we are salespeople. They are practically firing all of us and want us to jump through the hoops like a bunch of circus animals to get back in. You listen to those cold jackasses on the CMG calls. You can tell that they are getting a rise out of our desperation. What a pathetic way to run the company to the ground. I hope our customers are going to show Genentech a middle finger when the biosimilars come! Karma is a bitch!

 

CEO is just a title. It takes vision and humility to be a leader. These 2 possess neither.

He is a puppet being controlled by puppet masters BA and SS. BA was put in place in 2015 to assess the situation post Ian and start formulating a strategy for the future. All directed by SS to keep the Swiss coffers filled without spending a dime other than severances.
