    your all wrong .. performance will play a role . So if a 2 was recently promoted in last 2 years and their partners weren’t not as fortunate then they will stay and bye bye 1 or 3 in that pod. I have worked with ZS in another role with a smaller company in a leadership role and performance must be part of equation.

    it was 3 DEMs let go from the South Region. Adding 2 HSAM jobs called HSAL (L=leader) in which this person will manage the accounts and HSDEs. This is a “pilot” in the south.
