Clients are also thinking this way ... loss of contracts to competition...

Agree completely. Ashfield is a great example of why the pharma industry is so reviled. Reps are harassed by has been DM losers who think this is still Pfizer 1985 and we can get in to see docs every day.

This is sooo true regarding seeing MD's... There are so many systems that are closed off. You wouldn't believe the XO contract.... 12-14 calls a day all requiring face-face to face.

A business/industry based on lying. You wonder what the senior management for both companies are doing?

The entire industry is making Reps lie and cheat. A Novartis Rep went and got Attorney's after the DM through VP when he was questioned about calls. Management told him to always put detail w/ call and hit X Matrix which was only doable if you lied and cheated so when ABL tried to turn on the Rep, the Rep already had Atty in place.

Ashfield is the worst company that I have ever worked for in my entire career. Generally speaking, there are some talented, hardworking and dedicated people there. This said, their leadership is unethical. They overpromise and undeliver - Both to clients and employees. The result is an environment that is toxic. Best to seek other companies in the industry in which your value is greater than a paycheck.

Stay very far away from Ashfield. This is the most toxic, unethical, churn and burn of an organization I have ever experienced in my career. It is a scar on your resume. If you are considering applying here, do not do it. Continue to work hard, network and you will find another opportunity.

Yup. Managers encourage you to put in fake calls. Like, Sharon Tersolo. Then, when you don’t hit metrics, they are all over you so all the Reps play the game. Very toxic reporting to two managers. They play you off against one another. Stay away not worth 75 grand!

Bad place to work. Only come here if you are in desperate need of work. They lie and make stuff up if they want you out and will turn on you quickly. Numbers don't matter to them, only kissing their ass matters. MM is probably the worst of the bunch. He talks about himself constantly and then tries to manipulate reps into saying something he can use against them. He is a total ass. Perfect example of this company.
