Just heard that Scott & Shannon won big on their wrongful termination lawsuit with Janssen! Fired after HR/Umesh/manager pulled their gas card records. Calls didn’t match up with the fast station location.....

Janssen is not the only place for age discrimination. Tons of examples at Ethicon if you are looking for more. Start with the recent marketing reorg in Feb of this year where both older than 45 and female were displaced.

 

Clarification. Over 45 (men and women) and WHITE (women) were displaced. If your skin is dark and you can claim yourself as hispanic or black, you likely have been promoted already and will enjoy a nice bonus and LTI come Feb 2020. Enjoy!
