Looking for the scoop on this Division. I get that Zoll has some major issues but how is the job on the EMS Side? Products? $? Stability?

    Here's the deal...

The monitor is top notch. Hands down the most advanced in the industry. Calling on Fire departments and EMT's is likely less aggravating than chasing doctors for cases, but there's plenty of issues here. Stryker's monitor (previously by Physio Control) is old, and likely about to be refreshed in the next couple years.

Comp is PATHETIC for a device/capital job. Seriously. The base salary is dirt, and the comp plan (also referred to as the "complicated plan") is abysmal. Prepare to dump 40k a year in mileage on your vehicle, with a small car allowance. They way, WAY oversold comp, as I've heard from many other disgruntled reps. They state their turnover is a lot lower than the lifevest division, but they're about to lose EASILY 5-10 reps in the next 3-5 months. There's territories that haven't been filled in almost a year...

The old adage of "people leave when they're not compensated well."

Manager comes in and out of this position. Whoever takes this position would be the 3rd manager in 2 years, not a good look. Run...
