I live in New Mexico and am seeking other employment due to the fact that upper management not caring. A year ago I saw my AM resign because he could provoke change for his area. I am sad to say that since that time I keep seeing a repeat of this. The branch in Santa Fe has gone to hell among others.

I’m just ask why? Why doesn’t Rotech listen to it’s people?

Because Rotech doesn’t want to do what is best for the patients, they do what is best for upper managements bank account. The good employees that left were the ones that really cared. I worked for them for almost 21 years and had a great location. I devoted a lot of my own time to them, always willing to do what was needed, never complained and took a lot of crap from them, and made them a lot of money out of my location! , but did they care about me???? NO! I was only a number. They didn’t even ask why I was leaving, because they didn’t care. I used to believe in Rotech when Bill Kennedy was there, but when he left it went to the dogs. I would not recommend them to anyone! I know how they treat customers and how they do their billing. So yeah Rotech is a joke! How can anyone work there as a location manager if you are a Christian??? You can’t and be a good steward...sorry but you can’t.

I would bet that Rotech is a company that has weak managers who are afraid that good talent will threaten their positions. This is just one reason why the company is in such miserable shape. The other is that investors are footing the bill and profit is a thing of the past. No need to make a profit when your investors/banks are willing to cough up the cash or provide low interest loans.

They are not a normal company. The leadership at the top have a lot of arrogance. The COO is inadequate along with most RSVP’s. Run from this company as fast as you can. You will be happier in the end.

There is an opening in Philadelphia area. I am trying to get into medical sales and thought this might be a stepping stone. Sounds like this is a pretty bad place....

Yes it is very bad. The only people who make it are those who can follow ridiculous directives even though they make no since. The good ones leave. I work for Rotech in sales but just gave my notice because of the insanity of the leadership here in New Mexico.

Yes all of this true, if you are a person of good moral compass this cannot stand. If the words of Thomas Jefferson hold firm, then we are a people who think we are allowed to be a people who think that all are endowed with life, liberty and pursue of happiness. Not to impede on the weak, nor poor but to improve on all, and not for the sake of corporate greed. The things that make us stand great is that we we stand up for what is right. If your find yourself at an impasse then do what is right, quit this. You may find yourself at other employment but at least you can sleep at night and have a new, cleaner direction to your efforts.

Cheer up New Mexico Team, the problem is leaving in June and you may finally be able to succeed after she leaves. Now the good news is that Delwin will no longer be able to use her position to builly you.

Sorry to say Santa Fe is even in worst shape, no leadership! Manager won't even show up for work. No wonder people bail out of there.

May be a bad idea to use as a stepping stone...if people think it is a bad place then perhaps it would be bad on a resume...just saying
