    P.S. if you are a RVP for KCI, 3M already has RVP’s in place, bye, bye. If you are a District Manager that is underperforming, start dusting off your resume. Also 3M will not need wound care Systagenix people because 3M already has reps for that area and covers it really well. So what about the DCS you ask? Well, they will be eventually driven out since they don’t enhance any value for the bottom line. Never have and never will. But you keep asking, what about TMV’s? Dice and slice. 3M reps will be trained and underperformer TMV’s will be phased out as well, replaced with the 3M reps already in your area. So what’s going to happen with TSV’s and ATR’s? Probably weeded out with 3M employees with preference.

    Seriously, you can read this post and realize one thing, 3M is in the house and just bought Acelity for $6.9 billion and it’s all about the bottom line. Don’t believe me? Just simply check the annual performance of MMM on the stock exchange. Look at the graphics of the downhill stock market price in the last 12 months.

    i don’t disagree. It was a good run especially from 2011-2016. Great commissions back then and it was fun. Oh well. Like the person said above me, see you on the otherside.

    Well that blows. No severance package for the salesforce that made all those execs millionaires???

    No since in waiting for the pink slip then and might as well beat them by interviewing quick for other opportunities.

    KCI has been heading downhill for several years. Starting with the AVP's - either criminals, stale, or clueless. Multiple hiring decisions have been sheer nepotism (criminal AVP's kid went from car sales to TMV in a year??). And who made that decision? Someone who got the job because of his connection to marketing gal CG. 3M culture isn't any better. Those who can leave already have or are getting ready.

    yeah ok. About like that conference call today. Not a single question by reps. Then some stupid softball questions by RVP’s.

    Stay the course with what? Lower payout for 2020? It keeps getting lower every year. Do you seriously think 3M will magically pay more with all the acquired debt? You are a fool.

    Only way to make money at 3M-Acelity is to trade PUTS and go for the predetermined low stock price that keeps falling. 3M stock has not seen anything but a loss in 18 months.

    I had to wonder today on that awkward CC if KM felt kicked to the curb since her buddies flew the coup cashing out and she got left behind.

    This is coming from an idiot who got fired earlier this year for under performing, not working and horrific attitude. On a side note, she was fired from previous company as well.

    Glad to hear someone got fired for a horrific attitude. Others simply get promoted even when they lack any relevant experience and only complain about everyone of their teammates not doing their job or not being qualified.

    Two more months and some change and then it’s 2020. Will there be anyone at the NSM meeting in January? The job openings for DCS, ATR’s, TMV’s, TSV’s and Dual is a mile long on the website. DIstrict managers and RVP’s will be scrutinized next.

    Ha ha, so true. Let the incompetent people move up in the company and the real performers stagnate which those real performers eventually get smart and leave. Very backwards.
