What is happening now in your district? We were belittled by manager because regional "is disappointed in us" I don't care. No one does on team. Worst company ever and I worked retail.

 

How many NSR and ANSR’s have now quit since 2018 purge of 42 experienced sales reps that sold over 8,000 more prescriptions a quarter then the new sales force now. Sales have declined quarter of quarter for both drugs but hey this was another smart idea by Dr P to replace all people in the company with half priced people or his kids depending on the department you are in. We in corporate don’t get to see the high turnover in the field. How is this lawsuit going from all the investors, FDA and whistleblower? Anyone know of updates? I think at corporate a person is fired or quits every month at least 2-5 people.

 

The DOJ or FDA just need to raid corporate before the holidays and shut down this place??

 

If sales have declined, how does Dr Poly say they are increasing on investor calls? What specifically is happening at corporate that needs to be investigated? Please share your insight

 

Continually raising the price of the meds is part of the story. The rest is only known bu the number fudgers J Kelly and M Poly. They are, without a doubt, claiming revenue that does NOT exist. Their day in an orange jumpsuit is coming.

 

Has anyone seen ALL the vacancies at Vanda? So many are leaving, even ANSR’s! This place is HORRIBLE. No one in there right mind stays here......

 

I left last year and went to a REAL company. I am so much happier. It is refreshing to work for a company that genuinely cares about patients and their employees. You should ALL be interviewing to get the heck out of such a shady company.

Heard more managers and more reps quit last week and this week to go over to the new Schizophrenia drug. Now looks like over a dozen open rep positions and 3 more managers left, what you think the three regionals and Tommy boy will do with that ! Haha your company is burning to the ground! Watch first quarter be the worst since 2014 !

Mihales will blame everyone but himself for people leaving. We left because of ALL OF YOU. we talk to people that left Vanda and now enjoy life but it was miserable before.

 

Send your files to the FBI or contact the law firm that represents the whistleblower.

 

Which whistleblower? There are many more suits more damning just not in public eye YET!!.

Also the new vacation policy is just a way for managers to deny vacation and personal time. Time will tell, but I bet the managers were told to deny vacation if you are an underperformer in their eyes, never mind demanding off label sales towards your goals! I guess too many people took off over the holidays and they don’t like that, and all the people that quit having to pay them out unused vacation time they don’t want to do that anymore. Just give me a severance and let me go. I will happily take the money and run.
