Xofigo is tanking and Nubeca is a Joke. Bayer's Incompetence is showing again. Another failed launch due to incompetent management. There is no new data with Xofigo and the sales team is fed up. The bonus plan at the half year point has failed everyone and people are tired of not making a bonus. The management team is not making adjustments to goals, so tough. I heard in management meeting that they said to just manage your teams through it. Guess what! Your sales team is much smarter and already looking for jobs. We are underpaid for the oncology market and 50% will be gone by October. Guess what that does for the Nuebeca launch..... By December you will be filling positions with women's healthcare reps that can't spell Oncology. What a bunch of idiots. We are being picked off and Bayer oncology is a skull and crossbones to fellow experienced reps. You get what you pay for, Hey Paul let's see how having managers discuss our Xofigo plans work out. Nobody cares!

We knew this would happen. Bayer is incompetent in launching anything. One reason is because leadership packs top spots with their 'buddies" and "worshippers". "Yes men and women" will take a company down very fast. It's a tail tail sign of pure stupidity when people who failed on other Bayer launches then lead teams to launch more products, duh.

Don’t forget PB started sinking the ship in WHC and then ran off so he didn’t have to own any of his poor leadership choices.

Whens the last time you saw the regional directors in front of a customer? Must be nice to set at home all day do conference calls and talk to your managers about "reach and frequency" Regional Directors, how about getting out in the field and try a little of the "Charlie Brennan" yourself. Let's try a little of your own medicine. With Xofigo declining what are you doing to help turn it around? I want your top 10 ideas along with your target list by this friday.

Why do I still work for Bayer? Looks like the turnover has rapidly began, yet management does nothing to try to keep us. We are so underpaid, data is non existent. I'm so sick of the bs meetings that say the same thing.

Rumor has it they are going to spit the sales force up since they don’t feel we are capable to sell both products. They have us thinking we’re doing great with NUBEQA launch but it’s actually failing. Doctors only wanted to try it for free and will then go back to using Erleada and Xtandi. The oncology franchise is crumbling. Soon the TKI and Copa team will merge and layoffs are coming in early 2020.

The Prostate division has significant challenges. Leadership and turnover in mgmt is telling.

No need to pay attention to the Prostate Sales Manager putting on his rubber glove and telling you to remove your pants and bend over. It’s all going to be just fine.....

Bail while you can people!! Leadership does not give two shits in a river about its people. They openly state how they don’t care if their best people leave.

Let me get this straight, the launch is a failure (your words) and you’re complaining about your bonus? The whole company is watching oncology, you couldn’t ask for much more support and visibility. Everyone’s goals hinge on Oncology doing well so get out there and SELL or exit stage right already so someone can get in there.

When was the last time you were actually in the field to see how screwed up this fiasco really is? You sound like a lame brained home office drone who can't get much more accomplished than coffee breaks

This past meeting was a joke. We have a launch meeting and focus 80% of the time on Xofigo which has ran into a dead end road and not turning around.

Who is the most worthless leader at Bayer Oncology? Let’s play this game

Let's see, why is Xofigo tanking? Customers can't stand the twice yearly price increases. When 60% of our business is in hospital? For the lame brained MBA in marketing that must have failed their finance course. We put our hospitals underwater (translation: Cost them money to give Xofigo) I can't sell against that. The lack of investment in Xofigo from a trial perspective we have made ourselves obsolete. The market has changed and Xofigo let it happen. We are attempting to sell Land Lines in a Cell Based world. Your marketers have left. Why? What is Bayer doing to try and keep the good people that are leaving? Nothing!!! I'm sure if Carson was here we would re-implement the survey system. That fixed it the last time. Here's what really gets me, our Regional Directors do nothing to fight for the team.

I couldn’t agree more with the last post. In regards to field alignment we would be better off with 1 Director to have more accuracy. I’m happy I’m part of the West. I hear crazy things about the East.

This East is poorly run. I moved from the East to the West and the differences in Leadership are night & day.
Look at turnover (rep and manager) in the East and that should tell you how stable it is.

The East is run like your in the army. The Director is over his head. I can’t believe the stories I hear. What’s the deal with the guy P.A. hired in FL? The only other person I hear nightmare about is M.C. in Texas. She’s sleeping her way from one doctor to the next.
