Stryker for the win. Synthes can’t even tie its own shoes so that was never going to happen. Good luck to all!

Your source was solid. Not sure how I feel about this though, on one hand Stryker is a great company on the other all the Stryker people in my area are miserable at the moment.

Having worked for both companies I would say that Wright employees will struggle to blend into the Stryker culture and to keep up. Wright had never really created a cohesive culture after the Tornier acquisition as it was. Upper and Lower essentially remained completely separate companies with no real interaction or overlap of people.

    I can't disagree with this.

From what I observed, Tornier's LE integrated more into Wright's LE more so than Tornier's UE. A lot of this had to do with several projects and new products from UE. UE was reluctant in changing their processes until these products were released and I don't really blame them.

On all accounts though, it felt like Tornier was a separate company altogether that we collaborated with some reason. Whoever said it would be a flawless transition was obviously talking out of their ass.

Stryker will finally integrate the old Tornier folks or they won't be here anymore....
