I today got an email from indeed about a local Amplity position, looking for diabetes experience. I'm can't tell if this is a new contract or not.

Probably w AZ. Not a bad gig. Pay is low as per usual w Amplity but AZ is a fairly solid gig now that Farxiga is getting new indications. A reach and frequency nightmare but thats pretty much all Primary Care gigs these days. Go for it!

The old AZ gig before the NVS Scam was a dream. We were pretty much left alone to do our job an occasional w/w every other month was easy. Limited expense spend as well and a fair car allowance and mileage. Those were the good ole' days.

Yes, that was a pretty good three year run! I found that the AZ reps did look at me as a second class rep, but they were at least pleasant in meetings and shared lunches. My Touchpoint manager was fantastic. Some of the AZ managers were hyper intense control freaks, but I did not report to them.

Email just today popped up from LinkedIn about an opening in my town, diabetes experience preferred. Assuming it is for Farxiga.

Losing Merck is going to leave Amplity butthurt. Why no new contracts?? Not impressed with new management. Doesn’t seem like anything is happening, except clients bailing???

From what I've heard, the HR dept was decimated when Amplity took over and the new co hasn't hired many people to replace those that were let go.

What is Amplity selling for Merck? Why is the contract ending?

It’s all part of a bigger downsizing effort at Merck. Lots of in-house Merck people cut along with contract teams. Just another pharma culling of the herd

Ex amplity HQ here. If Merck left, NVS can’t be far behind. It’s over Johnny!

Merck’s internal decisions have NO effect on what other companies do. Stop with your nonsense, ex-employee

It’s winding down to the end of the year and I am hearing about different contracts being shut down. Has there been any new contract signed since the name switch? Shouldn’t we have a big new contract win to celebrate our reformed company by now?
