    Do not make the mistake in joining this dysfunctional toxic environment After working here a little over 2 years this place has became the biggest joke. It starts with the jokers who leading sales and marketing You are completely out of touch with your RSDs, TMs and customers. The global sales meeting yesterday proved that to me. You don’t praise the field only the sanctimonious CX team who clearly do not even like each other and throw TMs under the bus. The CX team could not sell coats to Eskimos. I don’t know much about the internal corporate environment but I know every time I call in my contacts are gone! This place is imploding do not listen to the rhetoric. I am leaving after I collect my big commissions soon because they will probably raise my quota and guess what I exceeded plan with out the CX team.

    That is a good thing you don’t know who the CX team is. They are a bunch of know it alls who come in and try to tell your HPT what to do. I know first hand several accounts, TMs and even RSDs are turned off by their arrogance. I also heard they come in and take the credit for all your hard work. They also lie about feedback on the TMs and one just got fired because of their lies.

    Wouldn't HR and/or the US government protect someone from being fired over a lie? I'm not buying your story. I've had several good interactions with CX. Some are better than others. Stop stirring up BS.

    Not stirring up BS just stating facts and you are right there are protections in place for wrongful terminations by false allegations. Seems to me they want you to get the HPT and then squeeze you out or better yet raise your quota like they have done to several TMs. You are right there are some good CX people unfortunately it only takes one to come into your territory and go back to your RSD with false information. Just warning the rest of the field so it doesn't happen to them. I am taking care of my own HPTs.

    That’s a good thing if you do work with them and they don’t like you. They will make up lies and get you fired for no reason other then they don’t like you. Typical hospital people who can’t cut it in industry and act like it is still a hospital culture. The whole team is incestuous. They all worked together at BI and Alivecor and couldn’t cut it. Most have never worked in industry.

    I hear they make $175k a year plus bonuses if they hit certain number of site visits. They keep bugging me to come into my territory. NO WAY!

    Are you that naive? You believe everything your RSD tells you. It is amazing that you are in this field. No I am not leaving yet, I will be staying to collect the LTI I rightfully earned. I am not going to leave and let this corrupt company keep my money.
