Because they changed the study end points AFTER unblinding!

Basically, they had an agreement with the FDA, but then decided to do a completely different design.

Then when it didn’t show efficacy, they changed the design and tried to convince the FDA it didn’t matter.

I bet more lies will come this week about Jet Lag and Fanapt additional indication’s. He has been telling investors about them for 3 years that they are coming. Yet no studies are enrolling or at least in the US.

 

They have been lies since 2014 when he got Fanapt from Novartis. His lies will bury him.

 

Call will be lies lies and more lies. The Great Almighty Troll Doll Poly will then Dodge questions about sighted versus blind patients and abandonment rates with Hetlioz. And also the lie that the jet lag indication is just delayed not dead..... But no analyst cares about jet lag though.
