Fact: Culture is horrific. Fact: Leadership is rotten to the core and as bad as it was when we were at Merz. Fact: Only a few territories making bank. Fact: Promotions are limited to how much ass you're willing to kiss. Fact: Our NSM is going to be a crappy hotel in Dallas.

I am getting out Jan 2020. This company sucks and so does BH and most of his team. However, BH couldn't fix this jalopy so the blame is not all his fault. He was handed a mess and the typical recycled game plan will not save Derm!
The old game plan to slightly change generic equivalents and call them unique is over. I don’t doubt that BH is doing whatever he can to keep the ship afloat, but the tide of change is overtaking our company and others in the same space. Where do you go? Mayne? Foamix? Journey? Encore? Sun? Please. It’s ugly out in the world folks. Think outside the box. It’s the only long term solution.
Unless you have your head positioned directly up Bill's ass then just about all of us know he could give 2 shits about our division and he's only contractually holding on. We are working in the sanitation division while the rest of the company is looking at us thinking why do we even keep derm alive. Sell the turd products off to anyone who will buy them and call it a day. Enjoying my snowball fights at home today.
