the Far East investors can't get enough punishment nor waste enough money.
Look out for mobile phlebotomy kick backs to reps, phlebs, and docs to get it
done. The dirt will be in the draws!

It's not as bad as you are making it out to be. This new beginning will be different.

Ok I will bite. You say it is NOT AS BAD so how bad is it then truthfully?
Also, how will it be different?

It won't be another True Health debacle. There will be much less wink wink dealings and everything will be more in line with what LabCorp and Quest do to get business.

What were the wink wink dealings? I don't think hospital pass through billing is really wink wink what ever that is.

Also, if you're telling me mobile phlebotomy companies (some part or all sales rep owned) won't be a part of it then that will help.

If 17.00 per hour phlebotomists are placed and are bonafide employees of the lab then okay.

How do you think they plan to get paid for a req of tests 75 percent of which the payer will say is unnecessary?

If you get your hands around these things then I agree it could be different!

The Feds are on to your mobile phleb schemes and scams. If you all are paying mobile phleb llcs etc 35 40 dollars or more to draw samples and knowingly allowing them to split up a sample 2 or 3 ways earning 70 or more bucks per draw I'd stop that now. It's called stacking and they are looking hard at it. God help you if there is or has been sales rep ownership in this. They scan these boards looking for evidence and the DOJ/OIG/FBI interviews people every day gathering this info.

don't know if anything bad is going on but these labs do depend on mobile phlebotomy
they do split samples to get their income per draw up and not sure if the getting paid per click thing applies to mobile phlebotomy to
there has been a lot of sales rep ownership in these mobile phleb companies and the reps steer the business their way to be sure they get paid as much as they can so they will keep drawing for their lab
probably non compliant in there somewhere
