keep crying that you weren’t doing anything illegal.

Forging docs is a CRIME! Even just filling in the ICD 10 code, making your own LMN’s and having the Dr’s sign them, and removing medical records to steal Medicare money!

I’m glad you’re all gone, waste of space criminals!

Also, efffff KH piece of shit turd

Everything we are experiencing the board is fully aware of and ok with. It is called short sighted focus on an IPO so they can all cash out at the bank while we suffer on a sinking ship with no strategy or leadership. Every single one of them (VP and higher) is waiting on the day to fulfill their contract of getting a IPO and cashing out private equity. Notice none of them have left or been held accountable at the top regarding the last year? Only middle management and reps were held accountable. They were always complicit and condoning of the culture and environment...as long as the numbers were driving toward a faster IPO they can cash out on as part of joining the company. Nothing has changed except they had a whistleblower force them into action, otherwise destroy their nest egg.

Spot on. Funny how no one above AVP was held accountable for Medicare paperwork fraud. Or anyone in IR; who reviews EVERY order. Fraud that was going on across the country, not just California. Zero tolerance until they realized it was happening everywhere. Then they went to warning letters. Those that were terminated while others received a letter on file should have grouped together for a lawsuit. And still should. And then firing GM the week after he had all spots filled and trained? And using some BS reason for it? This place is a cesspool with skeletons in every closet.

No way they can go IPO with Medicare investigation ongoing. And no one has any interest in buying it. Find the nearest exit.

IPO=Initial public offering, when a real company sells shares to real institutional investors. A pipe dream for this shit bag

Everyone should know they are not going public. Good point about all the executive team being insulated. Investors will sell off.

Executive team insulated; and lest we forget IR. Who touches EVERY order. No blame there, either. Karma is a bitch.

Resume has been on the streets for months. Working side gigs in the meantime. This place sucks.

No way. Same territories open repeatedly but no change in regional managers ever. Hmmm.

Some managers like DV know it is best to blame and fire people below you so don’t have to take personal responsibility for anything. By the time people figure out he is a pos, he will have moved into another role. Says a lot about the company and culture to put someone with his characteristics in a leadership role now twice.

Let’s be real here......it is the Bioventus model to have people in managing roles who have absolutely NO leadership qualities.
This issue is company wide. And until they start dismantling their pretend dream leaders, this ship will continue to sink.

But the question is, do they really care to make the necessary changes?

This is because the company still operates like it’s large and relevant company like Smith & Nephew. While all of the “development” and hierarchy is appreciated, the business does not demand it. This is a small, spun off, start-up company with a DME and injectable. Stop complicating things. Many managers are still from S&N. Years and years of staying the same. Others managers are just reps with a lucky year and a squeaky wheel desiring to be a “leader”. Think about it, can you see any of us at J&J, Medtronic, Boston? Lol.

The vast majority of talent has left this heap. But there are still some very talented individuals that will be plucked soon. Either that or they'll tire of this nonsense and move on.

Please tell me where we would put the additional investment of an IPO? If anything this place is ripe for an acquisition so a company with a vision past an IPO can dismantle the disaster created by poor leaders and their structure. I hear consultants are roaming the halls at HQ so get ready.

Bioventus has repeatedly demonstrated an inability to expand beyond Exogen and HA markets. The IPO remains a pipe dream.

Institutional investors can see right through the lack of leadership and direction that has plagued this company for years.
