Contacted directly by hiring manager who in turn requested 30/60/90 business plan and SWOT analysis on full product line and jumping through hoops of field market research, multiple phone screens with team members and series of face to face interviews w/hiring manager and regional director. Neglected formal channels with corporate HR through out the process. Constant communication outside business hours to then not having the competency nor courtesy to advise status of candidacy "ghosting". A simple acknowledgment, thank you for your time... "dear john" email would be at the very least respectful of the month long process, efforts and follow up. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
What state are you in? That sounds JUST like something my former manager would do! Be happy you dodged a bullet. If it was him, he would have been the WORST manager you ever worked for!
