Should I get my resume out instead of focusing on meeting goal?

I can’t help but noticing what’s happening to our company today. I really like working here but I can’t be caught off guard. I have a family, mortgage, and bills.

 

You might be the last one already looking for the exit.

 

Can I ask a honest question.....What is happeneing? What division is in trouble?

 

Read the latest earning report. The stock is in the tank, company sucks across the board. No accountability or credibility left at the corporate office, just drinking binges on the corporate CC and inter department sex romps via hotel rooms on the company dime too.

 

When is the board going to get rid of this useless CEO!!! Who gets this long of a leash with such poor performance to their stockholders?? New blood is needed or stockholders need to start a class action suit for inept fiduciary performance!!!

 

I love my division. None of that is happening where I am at. I dont believe your nonsense!

 

I'd get out something to meet my goals, but it would not be my resume
