Most do! In my over 10 years with CVT, only one of my many RSMs promoted from TM level was worth anything. The majority were only promoted because they kissed up to the right people. They had no management skills, no people skills, and received no training. All created train wrecks of their region and caused mass resignations - casualties. Eventually, several were moved out to where they could cause the least amount of harm. This company has become the laughing stock of the industry. Only those that could not survive somewhere else, stay. Or just too old to try again. It is an easy gig if you can play the game, stay silent and keep your head down. Life is too short people, look up!

I agree with this so very much. Charles B needs to go and take Rick M with him.

I agree. Promotions are not based on merit or skills at Convatec. Whoever kisses up and brown noses the most wins the prize. It has been brought to the attention of upper management and HRhundreds of times. They do nothing. What ever happened to the employee survey that we scored 22% on? What changes were made? I’ll wait. This company has fallen all the way apart. It is a toxic environment where anyone that dares speaks up or speaks the truth about much needed fixes will be ostracized. It is a culture of keep your head down shut up. Not a healthy culture.

    Dear CEO:
Some big heads rolled out in December. Good sign, Roll a few more.

Get rid of them all and start fresh. So far the new CEO has not done a single thing. When was the last time we heard from him?

Hey, all is good, don't worry. Have you already forgotten, we are all implementing minimum requirements to log calls on Quickbase. This is the answer! Customers will begin to realize CVT has QB, so they will go running to VAT meetings requesting conversations and more CVT product because QB has this direct link to sales & product performance. It's magical! Management has no clue, so QB is like a babysitter, watching over the sales force which is totally to blame for the sagging sales of our 40 year old product portfolio. Don't you get it? Has nothing to do with marketing, selling nothing but hydro fiber, our life saving ostomy line, (we all know outcomes would suffer if hospitals don't apply CVT on those 2 day patient stays), which was totally ignored from late 90's to recent past. Has nothing to do with our spin off from BMS when there was little turnover & most were very engaged & loved their jobs. Has nothing to do with being led by nitwits in Europe who have no clue how US Healthcare is reimbursed and how supply chain works. It's the stupid TM's, (RSM's get a pass to, because if it's the stupid TM's, what are the RSM's doing with worthless reps?)! Quickbase will be the rage and most Fortune 500 companies will be calling CVT for guidance. As I write this I am LMFAO!!!!!

I will never understand the obsession with QB. Why so much focus on it? It is not a useful tool. This has been stated many times by RSM’s and by the field but no one hears it. When can we go back to focusing on selling instead of inflating useless QB numbers? In the future get a proper CRM that is actually useful.

Keep inflating the call volume numbers so our new CEO (here about 2 months) can sell off another $2 Million dollars of stock options. UNBELIEVABLE. The fox guarding the hen house. What's being done to this company should be criminal. I cannot believe this guy had the unmitigated gall to do this.

Hello. Please fire Rick Marwah. He is clueless! Making 25 calls a week is not possible. We call on OR’s and can’t even get through the doors without solid appointments. Same goes for ICU. Do you even know and understand our business? No time for meeting prep, no accounting for travel time, no accounting for the multiple conference calls we have every single week. It is ridiculous. Get a clue! This has become a data entry job of lies. He needs to go.

Haha. These people live in an alternate reality. Hit 9 or 10 calls? Brainless idiots!

There is seriously no one left here that has a clue how to run this business. It’s such a shame how many great people have left and now we have nothing from what once was a great place with great products.

What’s the story here? Is the dude coming to these regional meetings cause they ain’t gonna be a sales meeting with any value this year a year when we need more motivation that ever before. Will be good to see who’s still standing around in this place.
