Here at our long awaited launch.....this is truly pathetic who does leadership think there are kidding? The first rep of the company gets up and speaks on the people when she is the worst at people skills and engagement. All she cares about like my RSD said are her chosen girls club. The so called VP of sales gets up and can’t even give a presentation we can follow! I heard 4 more good TMs and several inside people have left this month including a previous president club winner. Stock has tanked and AT is 14 days with adhesive and payer issues. They made me leave my family for this!!! Wast of time i should have stayed to interview for new positions.
And, please, quit carrying your left over baggage to our company. Your problems and choices are your own.
Wow! Just getting in from an a awesome Chicago night and reading all of this! I have to agree with the unfavorable comments. It seems like if you don’t drink the Kool-Aid and are the least bit critical then you are a problem TM. What about the claims today of being such a transparent company what you really want is a bunch of former reps to just do as you say! Losing 60+ TMs this year alone so you can hide the poor sales leadership. Own the truth and stop misleading us!
Exactly. Either suck it up and help us build something different or go elsewhere. You'll probably be better off, so will we.
Help you? Sounds like you all just want yes people, I would help but any Different perspective is viewed as negative and then you get rid of that negative person! I would rather help a company that is truly transparent and wants to help!
