CVA is a joke. Talk about participation trophy—this team is it.

 

The Pittsburgh CVA Team is the WORST! ABL is an utter joke and incompetent loser! Have you ever heard his 'cricket' trick? It's embarrassing! That CV-2 ABL should have gotten the job... she would have had a great team in place and done well. She's not from Novartis - poor soul should have never come here! That CVA team today is worse off now than last Summer!

 

What’s the cricket trick?

 

ThE CVA team is ridiculous. Have all the big targets and are barely at goal. Maybe because the ABL is CLUELESS. of course they all get paid the same AND they get MBO. bet that makes them work hard. Maybe we need JS back in the hospitals. He only worked a few hours a day but at least he went to that big hospital in Oakland.

 

The CVA model is nothing new except to Novartis. It’s not working and a great deal of time has been spent on turf wars. It’s is crazy that the CVAs get to cherry pick their targets. Novartis should get rid of the CVA model but there are too many egos attached to it. It is a circus.

 

CVA is such a joke! Paying all the reps on one SHA is absurd! The CSS Team has paid dearly for this shit show! Even worse than that ABL incompetence in certain markets is the RD's unwillingness to acknowledge the limitations of the model, when it very clearly affects him!!! Just plain apathy! Everyone in the PGH market is fully aware that the CVA Team is a joke and that the opportunity is wasted. HAS lives 2 hours away from the flagship and after a year, still can't get into the main account. Really? Joke! Things could have been so different if only the right people were in place who could get it done! Shameful!

 

Left here 2 years ago and see the chaos still exists. Someone referenced turf wars and that is accurate. The days of hearing cv1 vs cv2 vs has is comical. Don’t get me started on the cva model. Absolute joke! Just continue to act like you give a shit, collect a nice paycheck and be humble enough to recognize that your efforts really don’t matter at this point. Or, at least admit that it is so diluted that no one really knows what to take credit for. If you can’t admit that you’re delusional

I am lfmao at the pgh cva haters on here. You know we can tell who you are..the loudest in the meetings, crying and blaming cva when your numbers suck, and dont get me started on the illustrious HAS JS. Piece of garbage. Gets kicked out of more offices and accounts than anyone I have ever seen. The rest of us laugh at all of your antics so thanks for keeping us entertained with your unprofessionalism. Cheers!

 

CVA, HAS, CV 1,2,3 whatever. It’s all a big game of smoke and mirrors. Take the paycheck, stay clear of the nonsense as best you can, and run. Not worth it.
