Does anyone know if there is a similar clause to the one they used to steal our regular bonus in the retention bonus plan? Is there a way to find that document? Just wondering if they plan to pay these bonuses out or if they want to use another loophole to take the last bit of morale the reps had left. Need to know if I can count on that money - if not, it’s deuces for me.
Retention bonus info is on the same bonus agreement, so technically, yes they can, and might, if they think it will drive up the stock, or whatever. The lesson here is to only bank on your salary, no matter how much they tell us they love us and it’s for the best, or whatever
