At least ED finally left. In all my years working in the industry, I never met a more dishonest, two faced rat. In the lab she played us all against one another. It was absolutely toxic. Heard it wasn’t any better when she went to Ops. Good riddance.

 

Let go of Novartis. You should focus on Aurobindo.

 

ED was never the reason of a toxic environment. Fougera was toxic well before Novartis. Look to yourself before complaining about others. Owned It.

While true that Fougera was toxic to a degree without regard to ED, if you think ED didn’t play favorites and turn people against each other in the lab and create combative relationships with other departments then you didn’t work there. Speak only of which you know.

 

No one it the lab agrees with your lies. She was one of the best we had so far. Apparently, you do not have business insight but turning this page into to a high school drama. You are writing about her every 2-3 months to see if people will agree with her, but everyone knows you are being toxic towards our company and people. Get over it Medusa, get a life and leave Fougera alone.
