Stryker IVS. What’s the latest in a nutshell?

Largest commission percentages in the company (however, taking a small cut this year). Healthy disposable, light capital business. Acquired Vexim (SpineJack) from France hoping to reshape vertebral compression fracture treatment. In the words of Crotty, "Talk of the town."

This is a correct statement for every division within Stryker. If you’re coming here thinking it’s a golden ticket, think again.

It used to be a golden ticket many years ago. It is not now and never will be again...the days of high income reps are over.

IVS being called the Kyphon killer.. unreal bag. Some say Ludwig literally eats the competition

Plenty of reps clearing north of 200 in this space. if stim is added, then its prolly gonna reshape the unit tho. selling spinejack is one thing and a IPG another

The bigheaded Jenna chick in Florida makes over $700k per year, and only gets new business through mergers and acquisitions! She could never earn new business on her own because she is clinically weak and unlikable by docs and staff. Karma is a bitch, just like her. LOL!

Let me get this clear, there is someone in Stryker IVS making $700k? Is there anyone else making similar money? Is it true that $150k is the average? Someone help me understand how its possible that one rep is making 5x what the rest of the field is making? Outsider here, looking for an opportunity to make quality money.

  19. yea there are definitely big cats out there pulling in big time dollars - but JF also has a niche and is a total outlier in terms of comp. plan on 150-200. SJ can bring you home if you can convince docs to use the thing. once we get SCS in the bag this whole business will transform -- not sure if that'll be a good or bad thing.

new leadership is still fluid, and I dont know about the new sales bimbo. word is that she got ran out of her territory as a rep back in the day and marketing had to come to the rescue. doesn't know shit about actual implants

Assuming you're talking about the new AD, GS recruited her. Not sure about her rep days but put up good numbers as an RM.
