The worst company in the history of pharma

The hallmarks of MTPA
1. Scared of their shadow and will sacrifice you to the petty compliance Gods without a second thought
2. They have the creativity of a shoebox
3. Have not paid a IC check on time in almost 3 years (I am pretty sure they short it on a regular basis as well)
4. Operationally incompetent
5. Don't know Rare Disease, what it is, how to do it, don't care about patients (AT ALL), and their employees pretty much universally HATE them
6. In 2 plus years and 2 national meetings, and 4 regional POA's. NOT ONCE has there been an afternoon off to an activity. NOT ONCE, and certainly NEVER a paid activity. CHEAP as HECK
7. The product sux too, KOL's hate it, think the data is crap, and the company has no answer
8. No development or R&D plan FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! 3RD largest company in the WORLD (laughable) with no pipeline, no science and no plan (shit show)
9. Bitterness, Incompetence, and a general loathing = MTPA
10. 70% turnover people (wonder why)

 

We are almost 3 years in and the problem is trust. MT still hasn’t reached the trust phase with its employees and probably never will.
