yes she is poison in our organization and needs to go. These women who are looked at as successful by some have a few things in common: they are bullies, blame is always with someone else, constantly talking trash about peers, management and their subordinates and overall are clueless about what it takes to do our jobs. They tend to manage up well but can’t get along with anyone else and no one respects them. JMS is of the same mold and she should have been gone years ago.

Agree totally, she should be eradicated from J&J. Heard that T Weck character will be gone soon! Hope she is too!

This should not be a surprise to anyone, J&J has bigger issues to deal with at the moment rather than having to deal with H Raju.

Yes, H Raju is on the way out as is Weck. Both were miserable failures in their various roles at J&J. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Heard Hima boast that she will soon be a directo and take VPs to task on how they should be running J&J BUIT and TS org. Obnoxious. Watch out VP as she will soon say F*** O** to you.

Hima did make it to Director. Director, Data Solutions in SS's group.

She updated her Linkedin page with her new title. She did this even though her promotion has not yet been announced.

Hima was laid off and then offered a director level position. The J&J credo is just for show - those people don't abide by that shit.

Agree. Ringing the Credo hotline is a waste of a dime. Nothing good happens when you dial that, just a bunch of HR good for nothings there. Just ring for a pizza and forget about it.

Credo is like constitution, we have it to show but who cares about it when it matters. Look at state of constitution in our country.

She is a pathological lier, verbally/mentally abusive and unstable enough to be showed the door. Throws sexist jokes and brings a racist mentality in a room full of professionals, a good enough reason to be terminated. she is unfit to lead and manage people. Abuse should not be tolerated in workplace.

Fcuk- she got promoted. Too bad for the people reporting to her or now have to work with her in increased authority. Directors and VPs - she will take you left right and center.

Confirmed, Weck was canned in July. Apparently, he was totally unaware so basically he was terminated for cause. One can only surmise why, but there ware numerous harassment allegations against him!

A classic case of a no-brainer being promoted.. the reason is simple, bcoz people like Hima Raju's sole purpose is to play politics and blame games. What a nasty way to survive...
