Is it true that maybe only a few Lundbeck reps will be apart of the migraine team, and Lundbeck really has no desire for any of their present salesforce to switch over? Also, is it true that the migraine reps will start around$130k +?
Yes. Many Lundbeck reps “will be apart from the company” when they leave because management F’d them.
According to Nadia, they need people who can do the heavy lifting and not mess the launch up. How lucky are we that she brought the best with her! Evidently none of the current reps are capable of a successful launch or selling a buy and bill product
It doesn’t matter. This will be another me-too when the dust settles. I have a friend-of-the-family that is a Neurologist, and they said the once-a-month-injections are no big deal, and his/her patients don’t mind them at all. They said that all the drugs work in the class. My guess is that the pills will be big players before it’s over. Can’t blame Lundbeck for not wanting us to be a part of the migraine team. All we know how to do is to talk about patient profiles like mind numb robots!
I would say 1 out of 50 doctors will do A Veeva engage with a rep. And actually seeing the doctor in an office call (Because of Covid) is now about 1 out of every 60 neurologist, true real access currently is terrible. And uptick in Covid rates now has made it worse, and In no way is offices wanting to see Rep and their manager come in for sales calls. Even the patient loads in neurology offices have been reduced and infusion Centers have also reduced patient load and rep access. Vyepti right now is a very hard sell as hardly any insurances will cover even if the PAs are completed. And our Vyepti connect team is a joke, They don’t even do the PAs for an office trying to figure out what is the benefit of using Vyepti connect for a office ??
