Interviewing for Charleston

I’m interviewing for Charleston. What’s the manager like? Micro- manager with a lot of reports? Salary? Commissions? Is it normal to have that many products? Which one is more important?

 

Great city, but would not take the job. Products are not moving, company is in decline. Watch the stock prices for an indication - penny stock levels.

No, it's not normal to sell this many products. You must be new to the industry to have asked.. If so, and you want to break into the industry then this is a great place because they pay shit and the bonuses suck. Welcome!

 

RUN RUN RUN. The manager is a combo of Satan & Hitler. She’s a tyrant & methodical sociopath & micromanager of all get out & unless ur a dude she ain’t gonna like u & ur not gonna like her. JD’s reps are her slaves & do as she says out of fear like damn robots. No one notices either it’s funny. The products are OK but future doesn’t look good & most wont have jobs after a while. Salary ranges but not worth it since ur entire future is one product that ain’t even happening. Insurance sucks.

 

If it’s the same manager I’m thinking of then ask her personally what she just did to one of her own out of pure hatred we don’t support that shit

Do you mean what JD did at the POA about the folder? That’s nasty behavior. Does she always talk so condescending to people? She tried to talk to me like I was 5 and I had to walk away.
